The Law of Attraction

Very simply put, is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on.

It is one of life’s biggest mysteries, but the work of quantum physicists during recent years has helped shine greater light on the incredible impact that the power of the mind has on our lives and the universe in general. This work is giving a better understanding of just how significant a role the mind plays in shaping our lives and the world around us.

Vision Boards

A way of using the Law of Attraction and unleashing positivity is through the use of Vision Boards.

  • As well as helping us recognise the positives we already have in our lives, it helps us set our intentions and concentrate on what we want to attract more of in our lives
  • A vision board helps us plan more purposefully, and acts as a reminder of where we are heading
  • A vision board is a powerful tool that helps keep our aspirations in mind, which in turn helps us discover the path that takes us towards them
  • A vision board can become part of your mindfulness practice, helping to reflect on achievements, bringing feelings of positivity and gratitude.

Therapeutic uses

I have also used Vision Boards within my soul midwifery role when working with people nearing the end of their lives. Sometimes people either are unable to physically verbalise their wishes or find it too emotional to do so. Saying it with pictures is a great way to communicate and it has, for some been an extremely therapeutic thing to do. It is also great for family and friends to refer to.


£25.00 per session. A session lasts for approximately 2.5 hours. Typically includes short meditation at beginning and end, goal setting, development of vision board and discussion.

Half-day workshops for small groups can be catered for at a reduced rate.

A package inclusive of all the above can be tailor-made to suit individual needs.
